P.E. Final

Our overall health status is composed by five components; cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, and body composition.
Cardiovascular endurance is the ability to do a workout over a period of time. It can also be seen as the way to control the work of the heart's muscles and make it more efficiently.
Having a good cardiovascular fitness helps a lot with our fat metabolism, improves the delivery of oxygen, faster removal of waste products and decreases the levels of stress.
This is what I'm looking forward on working during the summer and it's what the teaching activity will be related to.
Activity One: Skip-Rope
Jumping the rope for five minutes at a fast pace without taking a break in between. Once five minutes are up, increase the time by five more unto five sets are completed.
Activity Two: Triceps-Dips
On a bench, position your hands shoulder width apart, legs bent and feet placed about hip width apart on the floor, slowly bend at your elbows and lower your upper body down towards the floor until your arms are at about a 90 degree angle, do this for five minutes without stopping. Once the time is up take a short break and continue by adding five more minutes. Do a total of five sets.
During the summer, I plan to run at least four times a week, along with the activities mentioned above.
